Tournament Rules & Conduct Info

Oakland Chinese Golf Club abide by the United States Golf Association handicap system and rules and procedures for scoring tournaments. To learn more about these guidelines, USGA provides an excellent resource Rules Hub page that includes videos and detailed articles to help educate golfers.  This page is dedicated to provide added resource support and tips for our members, especially if there are rules and procedures that differ from USGA and are approved by OCGC Board.
